Useful information about your stay

You can move into your suite on the day of arrival from 2 pm. Please let us know if you arrive after 7 pm. On the day of departure, you can stay in your suite until 10 am.

Our reception is open for you daily from 8 am. to 12 pm. If you want to make even better use of your vacation time, we offer you the fast smart check-in. Before you arrive, you will receive a code that you can use to check in. This leaves you a little more time for your unforgettable stay in Merano.

Cancellation:

• free of charge up to 7 days before arrival
• 6 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the total price
• 2 days before arrival/ late arrival/ early departure 100% of the total price.

In the case of cancellation for other reasons, the general cancellation conditions apply

We warmly welcome your pet and their blanket. However, we ask you not to take your four-legged travel companion into the breakfast room. The charge is € 25.00 per night for dogs.

The Algunder winery parking is available just 300 m. away at the rate of €18.00 per day.

To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of illness etc., we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You can calculate the premium very easily here.

The income from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. The local tax is charged per guest and per night. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the fee. The local tax is due upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

Supplement for each night in the parents’ room and at least two full-paying adults.
